Flirty Skirts began with a search for a versatile sheer skirt without a liner that I could wear over various pieces already in my wardrobe. When I couldn't find one, I decided I would design my own.

Our Story
The owner, Karen Torrence Downing, is a former senior executive of a Fortune 500 retail organization. She has always had an eye for fashion and enjoys the versatility that Flirty Skirts brings to her style.

We currently offer 5 colors in two sizes S/M - waist size 24-32" and L/XL- waist size 32-42". Additionally, we have new patterns and colors coming soon.
